Sweepstakes Period: May 12, 2026 – June 12, 2026

1. SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Luxury Distilled Beverages, LLC, a Texas limited liability company operating Mur Mur Rum, LLC and the Mur Mur Rum® brand ("Sponsor"), administered through murmurrum.com.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Texas and Florida are explicitly eligible pursuant to applicable state law.
The following persons are NOT eligible:
• Any person who has not completed the required 21+ age verification at murmurrum.com.
• Residents of any jurisdiction where this Sweepstakes is prohibited or restricted.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
Begins: 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on May 12, 2026.
Ends: 11:59:59 PM ET on June 12, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Sponsor's computer is the official clock. Entries received outside this period are void.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry:
Method 1: Purchase Entry
Visit murmurrum.com, complete 21+ age verification, and either:
• Purchase any bottle of Mur Mur Rum® coconut rum; OR
• Make a single qualifying purchase of $50.00 USD or more in the MURch store in one transaction (pre-tax, pre-shipping).
One (1) entry per qualifying transaction. Limit: one (1) entry per day per person via purchase method.
Method 2: Free Entry — Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase necessary. To obtain a free entry:
1. Visit murmurrum.com during the Sweepstakes Period.
2. Complete the required 21+ age verification process.
3. Subscribe to the Mur Mur Rum® email newsletter by submitting your email in the opt-in form that appears after age verification.
Limit: one (1) free entry per person per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple submissions to gain additional entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Note: AMOE is provided in compliance with Texas and Florida sweepstakes regulations. Subscribing does not guarantee receipt of marketing emails if already subscribed.
5. ENTRY LIMITATIONS & GENERAL CONDITIONS
• Entries must be submitted by a natural person (no bots, scripts, or automated means).
• All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
• In case of dispute, entry deemed made by authorized account holder of the email address used.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
6. PRIZE

Prize Conditions:
• Gift Card has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
• Prize contains NO alcohol component and is redeemable only for MURch merchandise.
• Prize is non-transferable. No substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Total ARV of all prizes: $200.00 USD.
7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
On or about June 19, 2026, one (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on total eligible entries received.
Notification process:
• Winner notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing.
• Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or an alternate may be selected.
• Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within ten (10) days.
• If winner cannot be contacted or fails to comply, prize may be forfeited and alternate selected.
8. STATE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS — TEXAS & FLORIDA
Texas
This Sweepstakes is open to Texas residents pursuant to the Texas Penal Code and applicable state sweepstakes law:
• No bond or registration is required as total prize value does not exceed $5,000.
• An alternative method of entry (AMOE) is available as described in Section 4, Method 2.
• Odds of winning are determined solely by number of eligible entries received.
• This Sweepstakes requires no element of skill.
Florida
This Sweepstakes is open to Florida residents pursuant to Florida Statutes §849.094:
• No bond or registration required as total prize value does not exceed $5,000.
• Winner's name, city, and state of residence will be made available to Florida residents upon written request within 60 days of winner selection, directed to Sponsor at murmurrum.com/contact.
• A winner affidavit of eligibility and liability release will be required.
• This Sweepstakes is not a lottery. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
9. AGE VERIFICATION & ALCOHOL PURCHASES
murmurrum.com requires all visitors to complete 21+ age verification upon site entry. Entries submitted without completing age verification are invalid.
All Mur Mur Rum® alcohol purchases require affirmative 21+ verification in compliance with federal, state, and local alcoholic beverage regulations.
The MURch Gift Card prize contains no alcohol. Redemption of the prize is not subject to age restrictions; however, all Sweepstakes entrants must be 21+ at time of entry.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure impairs its integrity.
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.
• By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• Entrants release Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in or acceptance of prize.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, ByteDance, or any other social media platform. By participating, entrants release these platforms from any liability in connection with this Sweepstakes. All inquiries should be directed to Sponsor at murmurrum.com/contact.
12. PRIVACY
Personal information collected will be used only for Sweepstakes administration and, if opted in, for Mur Mur Rum® marketing communications. Sponsor's Privacy Policy at murmurrum.com/privacy governs use of personal data. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
13. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
• All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action.
• Claims limited to actual out-of-pocket costs; no attorneys' fees awarded.
• Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
